If your vehicle has been damaged as a result of a road traffic accident and is legally not roadworthy. You will be provided with a replacement vehicle until your vehicle is repaired and back on the road.   In the event your vehicle is no repairable and is deemed a total loss you will be provided with a replacement vehicle until the insurance company pays out for your vehicle.
